How To Do Business With AI The Right Way?

Every decade or so, there comes a hot topic and which every business adopts it without doing it the right way.

For example, whenever there was machine learning popular as a term, then, for example, a fridge would have these features and it will say it is machine learning enabled.

Whenever a term like robotics is popular, the same refrigerator with the same features would be now marketed as a fridge with robotics features.

Whenever a word like automation is popular, the same fridge with the same features will now be sold as a fridge with an automatic feature. And now the AI is popular, so I see many gadgets, including that same refrigerator, with the same features being sold as a fridge with an AI.

And the thing is, if you are a business and you're just using AI as a labeling technique and not integrating into your workflow or actually using the AI to tenfold your business workflow and save on your money or giving the better output, then you are doing a disservice not only to the customers but also to yourself.

Because if you're a business who just uses AI as a namesake in your product or a feature in your business, then in your same category, the other business who is well-intentioned and well-willing will sooner or later infuse the AI and they will have a head start. And because AI is so much tenfold and so intense with its outcome, having a head start is also a very tricky thing.

For example, you can see ChatGPT is still the best AI tool out there, a general AI tool out there. So other AI tools who wanted to get ahead, they specialized in something and then they got ahead. For example, cloud has a coding capability better, so they only channelize into that and so on and so forth.

So what you should do as a business, first and foremost, you should be true to yourself and to your customers. If your product does not have a feature of AI, then you don't have to introduce it, okay?

But if you want to go on the bandwagon of AI and have some kind of reach, and go ahead and infuse it properly, such that you have either features or your inputs go either tenfold in the features or the tenfold less into the pricing economics.

And if it is saving you ten times fold, then you don't have to share anything with anyone. And even you don't have to say AI out loud, you can just keep doing your business as usual, and now you're saving a lot of money doing much more business.

However, if you are saving the money but also now you have tenfold features, you can now increase the premium and now introduce a new premium category into your brand, and that is infused with AI. And because it actually has the features infused with AI, people can feel it, people can sell it, and you can ask the reviewers to write about it and be brutal about it because you know you have AI actually integrated into your product.

And that way, your business will grow and it is the right way to do business, but also it is the only way to do business when it is AI

Because all the other tools and things or trends, you can get away with gimmick, but not with AI because if you fool someone else with infuse it and get ahead so much faster and so much better than you, then you will eventually have to get run out of business.

So go ahead and and integrate AI for tools in the tool set.
